New York World reporter Jie Jenny Zou was interviewed as part of a segment on MetroFocus, a public policy program on WNET/WLIW, that focused on New York’s prison nursery programs for female inmates.

The New York World published a series of articles detailing the declining participation in the programs at both the city and state level and the difficulty some women have in gaining access.
